About
Kelly Constable
Principal, Groundwork Advisory Ltd.
Kelly has spent nearly 15 years working at the intersection of mineral development, Indigenous relations, and northern regulatory environments — holding various roles as a proponent and a regulator throughout her career, and now as an independent advisor.
That dual perspective is rare. She knows how Indigenous governments need to be included, what regulators need to see, and what it actually takes to move a project forward in the right way.
Based in Whitehorse, Yukon, since 2015, Kelly works with Indigenous communities, mining companies and project teams across Canada's north to navigate permitting, build meaningful relationships, and advance projects that are built to last.
